This policy explains how Zeedio (“Zeedio”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you visit our website or contact us about a project. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. Information we collect
When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your business name, business type and current website address;
- details about your project, such as the type of website, features, budget range and preferred launch date; and
- any selections you made in our project estimator, if you chose to include them.
If we go on to work together, we may also collect information needed to deliver the project and invoice you, such as billing details and content you provide for your website.
We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health information) and ask that you do not include it in your enquiry.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the website.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google. You can read Google’s privacy policy.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
- communicate with you about your project;
- deliver the services you engage us for, and manage invoicing and records;
- operate, secure and improve our website; and
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We only share personal information where needed to run our business, including with:
- Web3Forms, which processes quote form submissions and delivers them to us by email;
- Netlify, which hosts our website;
- our email provider, where your enquiry and our correspondence are stored; and
- professional advisers (such as an accountant) or authorities, where required by law.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We use established providers and only share what is needed for them to provide their service.
5. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including using secure (HTTPS) connections and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond to you and for our business records, and client records for as long as required by law (for example, tax record-keeping requirements). We delete or de-identify information we no longer need.
6. Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.
7. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
